Wolf Mountain is unusually quiet. The usual number of
prey seems to have dropped in alarming figures, leaving
some wolves cranky and bad tempered. In fact a few
creatures with rather reckless streaks have been going
after newborn pups for a quick, yet filling dinner.
Although the number of prey is dropping, oddly enough
there are also a large amount of skeletons around, all
bones cleaned of any morsel of meat. Strange noises have
been heard throughout the uncommon dark nights for this
time in the year. However as yet no one has seen
anything abnormal…

There have been strange sightings in the sky. In the
day the clouds have been moving in irregular patterns.
The night lasts longer than it normally would at this
time of year with three strange shooting stars appearing
every so often.

The nights are getting longer and longer and darkness
clouds the mountain even in early afternoon. Strange
noises have been heard from the west of the mountain,
and still, food is scarce...

The days, if you can call them that, are dull and
dark. The creatures living on the mountain suffer from
the increasing humidity and strange weather that has
started to occur lately. As usual, something seems to
be happening in the west of the mountain...
